Online orders
- Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price at the time of your order applies.
- Orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch. We may decline or cancel orders in case of stock or pricing errors.
- Payment is cash on delivery unless agreed otherwise.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by city and courier.
Returns and exchanges
Unused items in original condition may be exchanged for size within 7 days of delivery. Custom-embroidered or bulk-customised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
